The Last Run

The night air in Chicago was thick with fog as Amtrak Train 742 sped southbound toward St. Louis. Inside the locomotive, veteran engineer Daniel Hayes kept his eyes locked on the rails ahead. Twenty-three years on the job had taught him one thing—complacency kills. The passengers behind him were settling in for a quiet overnight ride. Families, students, a tired nurse heading home—just ordinary lives moving through the dark. Then Daniel saw it. A faint, unnatural glint on the tracks. At first, he thought it was just the fog playing tricks on him. But as the train pushed forward at 70 miles per hour, his stomach dropped. The rails ahead were warped—twisted like a broken spine. “Not tonight…” he muttered. His hand slammed the emergency brake. The train screamed in protest, metal grinding against metal. Sparks flew beneath the wheels as the cars shuddered violently. But Daniel knew the truth—there wasn’t enough distance. They weren’t going to stop in time. In seconds, he made the ...

Jujutsu Kaisen: The Curse Beneath Tokyo

Night covered Tokyo like a heavy blanket. Rain fell slowly across the empty streets. But hidden in the shadows… something ancient had awakened.

At Tokyo Jujutsu High, Satoru Gojo stood by the window, smiling slightly.

“Looks like things are about to get interesting,” he said.

Behind him stood his students — Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki.

Megumi frowned.

“A new curse appeared in Shibuya. The reports say it wiped out three Grade-2 sorcerers.”

Nobara crossed her arms.

“Great. Another ugly monster to smash.”

Yuji cracked his knuckles with a grin.

“Let’s go save people.”

The Curse Awakens

When the team arrived in Shibuya, the streets were empty. The air felt heavy — filled with cursed energy.

Suddenly, the ground cracked.

A massive shadow rose from underground.

The creature had six arms, a skull-like face, and glowing purple eyes.

Megumi whispered,

“That’s not a normal curse…”

A voice echoed through the darkness.

“I am Kurayami, the curse born from humanity’s fear of darkness.”

The monster laughed.

Buildings trembled as cursed energy flooded the street.

The Battle Begins

Yuji rushed forward first.

“BLACK FLASH!”

His punch exploded with cursed energy, smashing into the curse’s chest. But the monster barely moved.

Nobara threw her nails.

“Straw Doll Technique!”

Explosions burst across the curse’s body.

Megumi summoned his shadow shikigami.

“Divine Dogs!”

Two massive wolves attacked from the darkness.

But Kurayami suddenly split into three bodies.

Megumi’s eyes widened.

“It can multiply!”

Gojo Arrives

Just as the curse prepared to strike them, a calm voice spoke.

“Sorry kids… did I miss the fun?”

A blur appeared between them.

It was Satoru Gojo.

Gojo adjusted his blindfold.

“Alright… let’s end this quickly.”

He raised his hand.

“Domain Expansion…”

The world turned white.

“Unlimited Void.”

Inside the domain, Kurayami froze — overwhelmed by infinite information.

Yuji looked around in amazement.

“Sensei… you’re insane.”

Gojo smiled.

“Yeah. I get that a lot.”

With one final blast of cursed energy…

The curse shattered into dust.

Aftermath

The rain stopped.

Shibuya was quiet again.

Yuji stretched his arms.

“Well… that was intense.”

Nobara smirked.

“At least we didn’t die.”

Megumi looked at the sky.

But Gojo suddenly grew serious.

“That curse wasn’t acting alone.”

The students looked at him.

“Something bigger is coming.”

Far away in the shadows…

A mysterious figure whispered:

“Soon… the King of Curses will rise again.”

A dark laugh echoed.

Ryomen Sukuna opened one glowing eye inside Yuji’s soul.

“Finally… things are getting interesting.”
